• 6 tablespoons gin
• 1 tablespoon fino sherry
• Strip of orange zest

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the gin and fino sherry.
3. Stir for 1 minute.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Gently twist the strip of orange zest over the drink and drop it in.
