Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich
- 4 whole Small Chicken Breasts, Boneless & Skinless
- 1 Tablespoon Emeril's Chicken Rub
- 8 slices Turkey Bacon
- 8 slices Whole Grain Bread, Toasted
- 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 whole Lettuce Leaves
- Rub chicken with Emerils Chicken Rub.
- Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast.
- Grill them in a pan over medium-high heat or on the BBQ grill for about 5 minutes on each side (or until done).
- Onto 4 slices of toasted bread, add 1 tablespoon of ranch, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, one lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato and one chicken breast.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Serve!
