Piccolo Affogato al Caffe

• 3 c. vanilla gelato or ice cream
• 2 c. strongly brewed espresso
• Espresso beans

1. Arrange 12 small glasses on a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Fill each with 1/4 cup gelato.
3. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
4. Pour 3 tablespoons espresso over each.
5. Garnish with espresso beans.
6. Serve immediately.
