Tilapia With Cheese Sauce Recipe
- 8 Tilapia Filets
- 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Velveeta Cheese, coarsely shredded
- 1 tsp. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 c. potato chips, crushed
- extra virgin olive oil or possibly vegetable spray
- sea salt and black pepper
- garlic pwdr, for sprinkling
- paprika (optional)
- Prehear oven to 400F.
- Spray a small baking sheet with extra virgin olive oil or possibly vegetable non-stick spray (or possibly line pan with parchment paper or possibly aluminum foil before coating with a fine mist of oil for easy clean-up).
- Place fish filets on pan.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, grnd black pepper, and a light dusting of garlic pwdr.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with Velveeta and blue cheese.
- Spread mix over fish.
- Sprinkle with potato chips and paprika.
- Bake for 8-15 min, or possibly till fish is no longer translucent/soft and is flaky white.
