Black & White Shortbread Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 3 min.
  3. or until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine flour and corn starch.
  5. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
  6. Stir in chocolate.
  7. Shape dough into ball, then divide into 3 equal pieces.
  8. Flatten 1 piece into 4-inch round on baking sheet.
  9. Score into 8 wedges with sharp knife.
  10. Repeat with remaining dough.
  11. Bake 23 to 25 min.
  12. Cool completely on wire racks.
  13. Cut each round into 8 wedges to serve.
  14. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
