Made-Over Cheeseburgers
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing, divided
- 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk American Singles, reduced fat
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 small baked potatoes
- 2 tsp. low-fat butter flavor spread
- 32 fl oz (4 cups)
- MIX meat and 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
- Shape into four patties.
- SPRAY large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add patties; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (160F).
- Top each with 2% Milk Singles; cook 1 min.
- or until melted.
- SERVE in buns with lettuce, tomatoes and remaining 2 Tbsp.
