Avocado, Sundried Tomato and Salami Quesadillas

  1. Fold 1 tortilla into quarters.
  2. Fill the cavities with some cheddar, tomatoes, avocado, onion and salami.
  3. Season then place into a sandwich press and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  4. Repeat step 1 with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  5. Serve toasted tortillas with a green salad.
