Low Gi Brownies With Black Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 f. Toss all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Scrape batter into greased baking pan, 13x9 or similar.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  4. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  5. Store in fridge.
