Honey-Glazed Vegetables

  1. In a skillet combine beef broth, honey, cornstarch, grated orange peel, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Heat over medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Add sweet potatoes and cook over low heat for 10 min.
