Mostaccioli Pizza Salad
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 34 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 14 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 14 cups cooked mostaccioli pasta
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 34 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients, stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
- Add in cooked mostaccioli and the rest of the ingredients; toss gently to coat.
- Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
