Gestoofde Kippen - Stewed Chicken

• 4 lbs chicken, cut into serving portions
• 3 tablespoons fat
• salt
• paprika

1. Melt fat in a stockpot; brown chicken.
2. Season with salt and paprika; add a little boiling water.
3. Cover and cook until tender, about 2 hours.
