Na Nas Ham Ball
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (2- 8 Ounce Packages) Room Temperature
- 20 ounces, weight Any Flavor, Finely Diced Deli Ham
- 1/2 whole Large Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley, Or Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Louisianna Hot Sauce, Texas Pete, Or Tabasco Sauce, Whatever Kind You Like Best
- Put cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well.
- Form into a ball, wrap with cling wrap, refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve with any kind of crackers you prefer.
