Glazed Beets Recipe
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. beet juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- Healthy pinch salt
- Tad of butter
- Beets
- Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add in beet juice.
- Let it cook - do not get it warm sufficient to look like gravy.
- Add in butter and vinegar.
- Stir good.
- Let it get warm sufficient to boil but do not let it stick to pan.
- Keep part of beet juice while you are fixing beets, to use if they get too thick.
