Glazed Beets Recipe

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Add in beet juice.
  3. Let it cook - do not get it warm sufficient to look like gravy.
  4. Add in butter and vinegar.
  5. Stir good.
  6. Let it get warm sufficient to boil but do not let it stick to pan.
  7. Keep part of beet juice while you are fixing beets, to use if they get too thick.
