Slow Cooker..tangy Steak Supper

  1. Roll steak in flour; brown in a skillet with 1/2 cup salad dressing --
  2. add salt and pepper to taste --
  3. arrange in a slow cooker --
  4. add remaining ingredients, onion, green pepper and pineapple, if using --
  5. cover and heat on low setting for 8-10 hours or on high setting for 4-6 hours --
  6. serve over prepared rice.
  7. Sometimes we go the comfort food route -- and have mashed potatoes in place of noodles.
