Cherry Jello Salad

  1. Seperate the pineapple and cherry juice from the fruit.
  2. Use the juice and water as needed to create 2 cups of liquid.
  3. Bring liquid to a boil, remove from heat and add jello packets.
  4. Stir untill dissolved completely.
  5. Wisk in cream cheese until well blended.
  6. Stir in diet coke, crushed pineapple, and cherries.
  7. Refridgerate for 1 hour.
  8. Before the jello fully sets, stir in chopped pecans.
  9. Put jello salad into a pretty dish and place the mini marshmallows on top.
  10. Refridgerate over night or until it is completely set.
