3 Minute Fried Rice
- 1 serving Cooked rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Japanese leek, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Weipa
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Salt, pepper, black pepper
- Beat the egg well.
- Add the Weipa to the egg.
- (It's okay if it's in a clump.)
- Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil.
- Pour in the egg.
- On high heat, use chopsticks to stir around the egg while breaking apart the Weipa.
- Once the egg is half cooked, add the rice.
- Cook the rice while breaking it apart.
- Once it becomes crumbly, add the leek.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper (not listed) to finish.
- Top with black pepper for an adult flavor that goes well with beer.
- I used assorted grain rice for the main photo.
- The color isn't very nice, but the taste is not affected.
