  1. Combine the bread flour and cornstarch in a heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Gradually add the condensed milk while stirring to prevent lumps.
  3. Add the heavy cream and continue stirring.
  4. As shown in the photo, it will thicken.
  5. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute at 600 W. Remove from the microwave, stir it well, add the egg whites and vanilla oil and mix together well.

  7. Heat again for another 30 seconds, stir, and repeat 3 times.
  8. It should become one plump lump.
  9. If it seems too loose, heat it again while keeping an eye on it.
  10. The total amount of microwave time should be 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  11. Once it becomes just the right thickness, quickly add the butter and stir it as the butter melts.
  12. Once it becomes one lump, as seen in the photo, place it on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  13. Cover it from the top with plastic wrap as well and then roll it out into a 15 x 20 cm rectangle.
  14. Chill it in the refrigerator.
  15. I usually make the fold-in sheet before making the bread dough.
  16. That way you can let the sheet chill while you're making the bread dough.
