Lentil Loaf
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon tamari or 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 34 cup tomato sauce
- 1 12 cups cooked lentils (2/3 uncooked)
- 34 cup crumbled bread
- 34 cup chopped nuts
- Sautee the onion and garlic in oil.
- add the flour, mix well.
- Add the tomato sauce, stir.
- add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour in casserole dish (oil the dish) and cook at 350 for 35 minutes.
