Beef Mushroom Buns Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frzn bread dough
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. dry minced onion
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Let frzn bread thaw till pliable.
- Cook grnd beef till well browned; drain.
- Add in soup, mushrooms, onions and Worcestershire sauce to beef.
- Cut loaf of bread dough crosswise into 8 slices.
- Using a little flour on board and rolling pin, pat and roll dough pcs out to 5" diameter.
- Place filling in center of dough circles.
- Pull all dough edges to center and healthy pinch tightly together to seal filling in.
- Place buns smooth side up on a greased baking sheet.
- Using a sharp knife make a large cut on top of each bun for a steam vent.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake buns for 35 min or possibly till well browned.
