Homemade Fruity Marshmallows

  1. Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Add jelly powder; cook and stir on low heat 2 to 4 min.
  3. or until jelly is dissolved.
  4. Add granulated sugar; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  5. or just until sugar is dissolved.
  6. (Do not boil.)
  7. Stir in corn syrup.
  8. Transfer to large bowl.
  9. Refrigerate 25 to 30 min.
  10. or until lukewarm.
  11. Line 8-inch square pan with waxed paper; spray with cooking spray.
  12. Beat jelly mixture with mixer on high speed 10 to 12 min.
  13. or until stiff.
  14. Transfer to prepared pan; spread gently to form even layer.
  15. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
  16. Unmold dessert onto work surface dusted with half the icing sugar; peel off waxed paper.
  17. Sprinkle dessert with remaining icing sugar; cut into 48 pieces.
  18. Roll cut edges in remaining icing sugar to evenly coat.
