Beef Pot Roast Iii Recipe
- 4 lb chuck roast - (to 5 lbs)
- 1 x clove garlic clove Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x carrot minced
- 1 x celery stalk minced
- 1 sm onion sliced
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream mixed with
- 3 Tbsp. flour and
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- Rub roast with garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the crock-pot and add in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs.
- Serve over noodles.
- Comments: The sauce can be doubled.
