Cheese and Peas Salad

• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
• 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, , chopped
• 14 cup celery, chopped
• 2 teaspoons onions, chopped
• 2 teaspoons sweet red peppers, chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon pepper

1. Cook frozen peas.
2. Drain well.
3. Cool.
4. In large bowl combine combine first 6 ing.
5. In small bowl mix mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Add to peas.
7. Toss.
8. Chill.
