Green Chili Pork
- 1 package Pork Tenderloin, Enough For 6 Servings And That Will Fit In Your Crock Pot Or Dutch Oven
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can Water (Use Sauce Can To Measure)
- Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- Place tenderloin in a crock pot or Dutch oven.
- Pour enchilada sauce over tenderloin.
- Fill can with water and pour over tenderloin.
- Sprinkle top of tenderloin with coarsely ground black pepper.
- Cover with lid and cook.
- If cooking in a Dutch oven, place in the oven at 250F for 5 hours.
- If cooking in a crock pot, cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove from vessel and shred with forks.
- Serve on tortillas with shredded cheese as a burrito, on nachos, or as an appetizer with Black Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuits.
