100% Fruit Popsicles
- 6 peaches or a melon
- 1 favorite berries (optional)
- 1 kiwi (optional)
- Make sure before you start that you have either a popsicle molds or an ice cube tray.
- Puree, or blend up, your peaches or melon.
- You can use a blender or food processor for this.
- Make sure the fruit is almost a liquid consistency.
- Layer your fresh fruit pieces and smoothie mixture until your popsicle molds are filled.
- put in freezer for atleast 4-6 hours
