Ranch Taco Soup
- 1 cup dried black beans, soaked overnight
- 1 cup dried garbanzo beans, soaked overnight
- 1 cup dried kidney beans, soaked overnight
- 1 cup dried red beans, soaked overnight
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup sweet bell pepper, diced
- 2 ounces dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 2 lbs ground sirloin, browned
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- cook beans covered in water until tender.
- drain beans and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- cook soup over medium-low heat until peppers and onions are soft.
