Net-Roasted Beef With Sweet Wine and Orange Juice

• 1 12 kg beef roast, in a net
• 2 onions
• 12 cup sweet wine
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup

1. Chop and brown the onions in a large pot.
2. Salt and spice the beef.
3. Make space in the pot for the beef and brown on all sides.
4. Mix the wine, sugar, and ketchup.
5. Pour on the mixture and cook covered until ready.
