Tuna Fish Pie Recipe
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Sm. minced onion
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna fish
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3 hard cooked Large eggs
- Cook onion and butter together.
- Add in flour and seasoning, stir till smooth.
- Add in water, bouillon cubes and lowfat milk, stir till sauce boils.
- Add in tuna fish, celery and minced Large eggs.
- Put in casserole.
- Cut out small baking pwdr biscuits, arrange on top.
- Bake in warm oven at 425 degrees till biscuits are done (15 min).
