Pan-Fried Fish with Creamy Lemon Sauce for Two

  1. Coat fish with flour.
  2. Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min.
  4. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add broth and lemon juice to skillet; cook 3 min.
  7. or until reduced by half, stirring frequently with whisk.
  8. Add cream cheese; cook 1 min.
  9. or until melted, stirring constantly.
  10. Pour over fish.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley.
