Skillet Or Wok Lasagna

  1. In a large saucepan, cook lasagna or noodles in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or just until tender.
  2. Drain lasagna noodles and set aside.
  3. Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat. Break up meat.
  4. Stir-fry meat and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is brown.
  5. Spoon off fat.
  6. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked noodles.
