Died and Went 2 Heaven Chocolate Cake
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup splenda no calorie sweetner, granulated
- 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 3/4 cup unsweeted cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot strong coffee
- preheat oven to 350F.
- grease cookie sheet.
- blend flour, splenda granulated sweetner, splenda brown sugar blend, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and.
- salt in a large mixing bowl.
- combine milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and coffee in a small bowl.
- add flour mixture, using and electric mixer on medium speed, mix until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- place tablespoon amounts on cookie sheet (about a dozen).
- bake 10-15 minutes, until an inserted toothpick in center of cakes come out clean.
- let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- filling: sugar free frosting (any flavor you want) and sugar free cool whip.
- mix frosting and cool whip 2gether and fill cakes.
- top with cool whip and berries.
