Tuscan Kale
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 baking potato (1/4 lb./115 g), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 small carrot, peeled, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 bunch kale (1 lb./450 g), stemmed, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium heat.
- Add potatoes and carrots; cook 8 to 10 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add kale and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
- or just until kale is wilted.
