Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Add onions, garlic and butter to a wok.
  2. (Or skillet) Saute for 5 min.
  3. Medium heat
  4. Add chicken and cook on medium heat thoroughly.
  5. Scramble eggs in a separate pan and set aside
  6. Add rice, vegetables and stir until everything is completely mixed up and cooking on medium-high.
  7. Continue cooking for 5 minutes then add soy, sesame seeds and salt and pepper.
  8. mix well and stir in eggs.
  9. Reduce heat to low and serve immediately.
  10. Note: you can use more soy sauce if desired.
