Chinese Tossed Salad Recipe

  1. In large salad bowl, combine romaine, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bacon and Large eggs.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. To prepare dressing, combine in a screw top jar: oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Pour over salad.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Serves 6 to 8.
