Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 4 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 lb Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs, and all seasonings and shake well
- Transfer mix to plate
- Dip each chicken breast into cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides
- Arrange on a nonstick baking sheet
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
