Mini Olive Cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs, oil, milk, salt and blend well.
  4. Grease muffin tins.
  5. Fill tins 3/4 full with mixture.
  6. Top with olives and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
