Tropical Salsa

  1. Finely dice the pineapple, mango, red onion, bell pepper and jalapeno.
  2. Use as much or little jalapeno as your family can handle.
  3. I like to keep the seeds for extra heat but you can remove them for a mild flavor.
  4. Add the spices and lime juice and zest.
  5. Mix it all up and adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Let refrigerate at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
  7. I like to throw it on fish tacos.
