Texas Soup Recipe

  1. Good served with tortilla chips.
  2. Heat oils in large kettle and saute/fry onion, jalapeno, garlic, carrots, celery and chicken; simmer 5 min.
  3. Combine with cumin, chili pwdr, lemon pepper, warm pepper sauce and flour.
  4. Add in tomatoes and chicken stock and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
