Bacon & Egg Waffle Cut-Out Bake

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place waffles in single layer in 15x10x1-inch pan.
  3. Bake 2 min.
  4. Use sharp knife to carefully cut out centers from 4 waffles, leaving each with 1-inch rim.
  5. Reserve cutouts for later use.
  6. Top each whole waffle in pan with 1 cut-out waffle.
  7. Fill centers with bacon, then eggs.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until eggs are set.
  10. Top with reserved waffle cutouts.
