Cafe Au Creme

• 24 marshmallows, quartered
• 1 cup strong coffee (hot)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons crushed pecans
• 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings

1. Melt the marshmallows in the hot coffee and cool.
2. Whip the cream and fold into the coffee mixture.
3. Pour into sherbet or parfait glasses.
4. Top with pecans and chocolate.
5. Chill and serve.
