Salsa Verde Green I Recipe

  1. Remove brown husks from tomatillos.
  2. Wash thoroughly and cut into chunks.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and chop finely but don't liquify.
  4. Makes 1 c..
  5. Serving size: 1 Tbsp.. 7 calories, 3 mg. sodium.
