Broccoli With Garlic And Asiago Recipe

  1. Simmer broccoli in 1/2-inch boiling, salted water in a shallow covered skillet for 6 or possibly 7 min, till tender.
  2. Drain broccoli and remove from pan.
  3. Return pan to stove top over medium heat.
  4. Add in oil and garlic.
  5. Saute/fry garlic in oil 3 min.
  6. Add in broccoli spears to the skillet and coat them with garlic oil.
  7. Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and garnish with curls of Asiago cheese.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
