Barbecue Beef (Crock Pot)

  1. Coat meat with flour and set aside.
  2. In crock pot, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Place meat in crock pot and turn to coat with sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 6 hours.
  5. Slice or shred meat into small pieces.
  6. Mix into sauce.
  7. Serve on rolls.
  8. Yum!
