Edamame with Garlic

  1. I used frozen edamame.
  2. Place edamame in a bowl and add salt, let sit to defrost
  3. Boil a pot of water
  4. Blanch edamame for 1 minute
  5. Drain edamame
  6. In a hot fry pan add olive oil and garlic
  7. Add edamame to fry pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Place in a bowl and enjoy.
  9. A great finger food.
  10. FYI.
  11. You don't eat the pods.
  12. Suck the flavor off the pods and eat the beans inside.
