Potato Salad with Pesto Mayonnaise

• 1 Full Recipe Mayonnaise with Pesto
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 tsp. black pepper
• small red potatoes, quartered, cooked, drained King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 2-1/4 cups red peppers, diced
• 3/4 cup red onions, diced
• 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1. Mix Pesto Mayonnaise, salt and black pepper in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
