Mexican Frankfurters

  1. Slice 4 hot dogs crosswise into wheels.
  2. Heat 1 Tbls.
  3. butter in nonstick skillet.
  4. Add hot dogs, 1 teaspoons ground cumin; cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add 10 oz.
  6. box frozen kernel corn, thawed, and 1 tomato, seeded, chopped; cook 3 minutes.
  7. Stir in 1 cup bottled salsa; heat through.
  8. Serve over rice.
