Wanda's Salmon Croquette Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pink salmon
- 1 whole egg
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. flour
- Drain salmon, pour juice in measuring c..
- Put salmon and egg in mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add in 1/2 c. flour.
- Mix will be thick.
- Don't add in salt.
- To 1/4 c. salmon juice add in baking pwdr After foaming measuring c. should be 3/4 c. full.
- Pour into salmon mix.
- Mix dip out with tsp.. Fry in deep fryer 1/2 full of oil, 15 min.
