Wanda's Salmon Croquette Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, pour juice in measuring c..
  2. Put salmon and egg in mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in 1/2 c. flour.
  5. Mix will be thick.
  6. Don't add in salt.
  7. To 1/4 c. salmon juice add in baking pwdr After foaming measuring c. should be 3/4 c. full.
  8. Pour into salmon mix.
  9. Mix dip out with tsp.. Fry in deep fryer 1/2 full of oil, 15 min.
