Easy Peasy Sausage Tortellini Soup

• 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
• French onion soup
• 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
• 2 cups coleslaw mix
• 2 cups cheese tortellini
• 2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon basil, crushed
• parmesan cheese

1. Remove casing from sausage and brown, drain.
2. Add rest of ingredients except cheese.
3. Reduce heat and simmer until tortellini is done.
4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
