Beef Tenderloin On Mustard Croutons Recipe

  1. Cut a pocket in the side of each steak, fill with Mushroom Filling.
  2. Wrap each steak in bacon, secure with toothpick.
  3. Spread bread with combined butter and mustard, toast on oven tray in 375 degrees oven about 10 min.
  4. Fry steaks quickly in a little oil till browned well on both sides, reduce heat slightly, cook till done as desired.
  5. Remove toothpick, serve steak on the croutons.
  6. Mushroom Filling: Heat butter in pan, add in green onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
  7. Cook 5 min, stirring constantly.
  8. Stir in bread crumbs and lemon rind.
