Hash Brown Pie Recipe
- 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Spread thawed hash browns on paper towels to soak up moisture.
- Preheat oven 425 degrees.
- Butter 9 inch pie pan.
- Make crust out of hash browns.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake 20 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- Combine ham, cheese, place on crust.
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over cheese.
- Bake 30-45 min.
