OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake

  1. Beat fudge topping and 1 cup Cool Whip with whisk in medium bowl until blended.
  2. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.
  3. Stir in chopped cookies.
  4. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on 24-inch-long sheet of foil; top with half the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining sandwiches.
  7. Frost top and sides with remaining Cool Whip.
  8. Bring up foil sides; double-fold top and ends to loosely seal packet.
  9. Freeze 4 hours.
  10. Remove from freezer 10 min.
  11. before serving; let stand at room temperature until slightly softened before slicing.
